Renovation questions,
straight answers.
What Atlanta homeowners ask most before a renovation. Anything else, just ask Ramzi.
Call +1 (404) 981-9453It depends on the room, the materials and the condition of the space, so Ramzi gives a free estimate instead of a guess. Larger jobs get an on-site visit first, and you’ll have a clear price for the agreed scope before any work begins.
It depends on the size and scope of the job. Ramzi will talk you through what to expect and keep you updated as the work moves.
It depends on the current schedule and the size of the job. Ask when you request your estimate and you’ll get a real start date, not a guess.
Yes. Every job ends with a walk-through with you, and if something Ramzi did doesn’t hold up the way it should, just call and he’ll come back to take a look. That care is why clients on Thumbtack rate him 4.5 across 62 reviews.
No. Once the work is agreed, you can go about your day. Ramzi keeps you updated as the work moves and walks you through the finished space.
Ramzi takes care of them, so there’s no running to the store for you. Materials are simply included in your invoice.
Not at the moment. You’ll know exactly how payment works before any work begins.
If a project needs permits or a licensed contractor, electrician or plumber, Ramzi will tell you upfront, before anything is quoted, and point you in the right direction.
